13 Card Management

This chapter will  introduce how to add and edit cards. Through this chapter, you can

understand:

 Settingofcardnumbertypes.

 Howtoadd,deleteandeditoneormorecardsinthesystemsoftware.

 Howtoimportcardsfromtheexteriortothecontroller.

13.1 Card Setting

Clickthe“AccessControl”“Card,”selectandclick“CardSetting”toenterthecardsetting

page;seethefigurebelow:

As shown in the  figure, the card setting page is comprised of the upper query operation

region,theoperatingbuttonregionandthelowercardlistcolumn.



 Queryoperationregion:

Select query  conditions and keywords to conduct a precise search. The user can

convenientlyandrapidlysearchforthecard.



 Operatingbuttonregion:

The operating button region includes Add, Edit, Delete, Export and Print buttons for

correspondingoperations.



 Cardlistcolumn:

The card list column displays all the information of the card, including the card number,

employee number, cardholder name, card validity, first card door open, protection setup

validity, password status, anti‐passback validity,  card validity period, card use scheme and

controlgroup.
