Weekholidayisanotherperiodicholidayandreferstoacertaindayinacertainweekof
a certain month. This holiday is common in western countries. For example,
Thanksgiving Day is the fourth Thursday of December every year. The
user need not
changetheweekholidayeveryyear.

beginningofeveryyear.
