7.3.1 Add User Group

Click the “New” button on the upper side  of the page, input the name of the new User

Groupintheboxof“NameofUserGroup,”tickoffthe detailedoperationauthoritiesofthe

UserGroup,editandclickthe“Save”buttontofinishtheoperations.

7.3.2 Change User Group

Select the name of the User Group to be changedin the left‐sideUser Group list, change

the name and detailed operation authorities of the User Group, edit and click the “Save”

buttontofinishtheoperation.

7.3.3 Delete User Group

Selectthe name of theUser Group tobe deleted inthe left‐sideUserGroup list, click the

“Delete” button, then the confirmation dialog box “Confirm Delete?” pops up. If it is

confirmedtodeletetheUserGroup,clickthe“OK”button,thenthesystemdisplaysadialog

boxreading,“DeletedSuccessfully.”

！Note:TheUserGroupwhichisbeingusedbytheusercannotbedeleted.



7.4 User Setting

UserSettingareusedtocreate,changeanddeleteusersanddefinetheauthoritytypesof

theseusers.Theuserhereinactuallyreferstotheaccountwhichcanlogintoandusethe

software.Pleasedistinguishwith“Employer.”Theuserincludesloginname,password,User

Group,username,etc.Thesoftwarehasadefaultsuperuser,“admin, ”whichbelongstothe

UserGroupofsystemadministratorandcannotbedeleted.

Clickthemenu “System”“BasicSetting”“UserSetting”toopentheUserSettingpage.
