7.3.1 Add User Group
Click the “New” button on the upper side of the page, input the name of the new User
Groupintheboxof“NameofUserGroup,”tickoffthe detailedoperationauthoritiesofthe
UserGroup,editandclickthe“Save”buttontofinishtheoperations.
7.3.2 Change User Group
Select the name of the User Group to be changedin the left‐sideUser Group list, change
the name and detailed operation authorities of the User Group, edit and click the “Save”
buttontofinishtheoperation.
7.3.3 Delete User Group
Selectthe name of theUser Group tobe deleted inthe left‐sideUserGroup list, click the
“Delete” button, then the confirmation dialog box “Confirm Delete?” pops up. If it is
confirmedtodeletetheUserGroup,clickthe“OK”button,thenthesystemdisplaysadialog
boxreading,“DeletedSuccessfully.”
!Note:TheUserGroupwhichisbeingusedbytheusercannotbedeleted.

7.4 User Setting
UserSettingareusedtocreate,changeanddeleteusersanddefinetheauthoritytypesof
theseusers.Theuserhereinactuallyreferstotheaccountwhichcanlogintoandusethe
software.Pleasedistinguishwith“Employer.”Theuserincludesloginname,password,User
Group,username,etc.Thesoftwarehasadefaultsuperuser,“admin, ”whichbelongstothe
UserGroupofsystemadministratorandcannotbedeleted.
