9.2 Report

9.2.1 Query Cardholder Information

Select the system menu bar “System”  “Report”  “Cardholder Report” to enter the

Cardholderinformationquerypage;seethefigurebelow:



The Cardholder information query is a precise query achieved through inputting the

employeenumberornameoftheCardholder.

The “Query” condition includes an employee number and name. First select query

condition and input the keyword related to the character field in the textbox after

“Keyword.” After inputtingthe querycondition, click the“Query”button,thenthesystem

willlistthe results meetingthecondition.Clickthe “All”buttonandthe system willlistall

Cardholderinformationinthesystem.



For example, employee numbers “ef‐001” and  “ef‐002” are available in the system. If you

wantto query“ef‐001,”

select“employeenumber” as aquerycondition,input “ef‐001”in

the keywordinput box and Clickthe “Query”button.In caseanycharacteris missing, the

usercannotbefound.



9.2.2 Export Cardholder Information

Click the “Export” button to export all Cardholder information in the system in the csv

format,thenthefilesavedialogboxpopsup.Selectthepathinwhichtosavethefileand

Click “OK.” For detailed operation procedures, please refer to page 45, 6.1.6 Export

Function.



9.2.3 Print Cardholder Information

Click the “Print” button to enter the Cardholder information printing page. For detailed

operationprocedures,pleaserefertopage46,6.1.7PrintFunction.


