Notice:

1. Known issue:

a. Hikvision DS-2CD7513-E

this camera can not set framerate 15~22 when resolution is 1600x1200,1600x912.

sometimes camera can't set resolution 1600*1200、1600*912、1280*960.

b. Axis P7210 can not view the correct video channels with Codec H264.

c. UDP IPE3500M disconnect automatically after 24hours.

d. Vivotek SD83x2, SD83x3 can not adjust the PTZ speed.

e. Zavio B7201 video broken in LiveView.
